    S12 EP5

This week on Sundays with Wendy, I sit down with massage therapist, Reiki master, life coach—and two-time cancer thriver—Janet McCarthy, who shares how she approached her second diagnosis entirely differently.

We talk about listening to your intuition, rewriting the rules, and the power of saying no thank you to what doesn’t feel right.

💬 If you’ve ever felt like a passenger in your own healing, this one’s for you.

What if speaking up could change the course of your healing? When Julie Stevens was diagnosed with stage 4, aggressive, inoperable cancer, she realized that the traditional medical system wasn’t built for individualized healing. Instead of blindly following the standard treatment plan, she used data, self-advocacy, and alternative healing strategies to take control of her journey—and now, she’s helping others do the same. 💡 The truth? Patients often don’t say what they need to—because they don’t know they can. In this episode, we uncover the critical conversations that every patient should have with their doctors, caregivers, and themselves.

  • S12 EP3

Caregiving is more than just providing support—it’s an emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal journey. Yet, so much of what caregivers experience goes unspoken. In this powerful episode, I sit down with Cindy Griffith, a psychic, spiritual teacher, and author of Soul Soothers: Mini Meditations for Busy Lives, to explore the unseen emotional and intuitive aspects of caregiving.

Cindy’s personal experiences and deep wisdom shine a light on the often-overlooked spiritual side of caregiving, helping us understand that healing isn’t just about the patient—it’s also about the caregiver’s journey. 🔗 Learn more about Cindy’s work at www.cindygriffith.com
